This article explains error code 1005 (guest_limit_reached), when it appears in the Tryon widget, and how to resolve it.
The widget displays this message to the customer: "Error 1005: Sign up and log in to generate images. No more credits available for anonymous visitors."
How to resolve this error
The shared photo quota for anonymous visitors has been exhausted for the current period. Because all guest visitors share a single counter, a single viral link can deplete the quota quickly.
For end customers: sign up or log in to avoid the shared guest limit and use your individual account quota instead.
For store administrators: raise the Guest Customers Photo Limit in Settings → Photo Limits, or switch it to Unlimited.
Enabling Unlimited guest access can rapidly consume your store-wide Image Credits if a link is shared publicly. Set a sensible cap and monitor usage.
