1003 | customer_credits_not_available | No customer type is enabled in Photo Limits — both Registered and Guest are off. Learn more |
1004 | guest_require_login | An anonymous visitor tried to generate, but Guest Customers is disabled. Learn more |
1005 | guest_limit_reached | The shared guest photo quota for the period has been exhausted. Learn more |
1006 | customer_limit_reached | This individual registered customer has reached their personal monthly limit. Learn more |
1007 | regenerate_blocked | The customer already generated a photo for this product and regeneration is off. Learn more |
1008 | already_generated | Informational — Tryon returned a cached photo and consumed no credit. Learn more |
About Tryon errors
Tryon widget errors are numbered from 1001 to 1008. Each number corresponds to a specific situation that prevented a photo generation. Some errors can be resolved by the end customer (e.g. signing in), while others require the store administrator to change a setting in the dashboard.
