Error 1006: You've reached your monthly fitting room limit. Try again another day or contact the store. (customer_limit_reached)

This article explains error code 1006 (customer_limit_reached), when it appears in the Tryon widget, and how to resolve it.

The widget displays this message to the customer: "Error 1006: You've reached your monthly fitting room limit. Try again another day or contact the store."

How to resolve this error

This individual registered customer has reached their personal photo limit for the current period. Each registered customer has their own counter.

For end customers: wait until the limit resets on your store's renewal date, or contact the store administrator to raise the limit.

For store administrators: increase the Registered Customers Photo Limit in Settings → Photo Limits, or switch it to Unlimited.
