Error 1003: No customer is allowed to generate images. Please try again later or contact the store. (customer_credits_not_available)

This article explains error code 1003 (customer_credits_not_available), when it appears in the Tryon widget, and how to fix it.

The widget displays this message to the customer: "Error 1003: No customer is allowed to generate images. Please try again later or contact the store."

How to resolve this error

Both Registered Customers and Guest Customers are disabled in your Photo Limits settings, so nobody can generate images. Enable at least one customer type to allow generations.

  1. Go to Settings → Photo Limits in your dashboard.
  2. Enable Registered Customers, Guest Customers, or both.
  3. Set a Photo Limit or choose Unlimited.
  4. Save the settings.
