At Neuralyn, we respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request the deletion of your account and all associated data from our platform.

Your Right to Data Deletion

In accordance with data protection regulations such as GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and LGPD (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados), you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data at any time.

How to Delete Your Account

To delete your account, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account - Access your Neuralyn account using your credentials.
  2. Go to My Account - Navigate to the "My Account" section in your dashboard.
  3. Access Danger Zone - Click on the "Danger Zone" tab.
  4. Request Deletion - Click on "Delete Account" and follow the verification process.
  5. Verify Your Identity - A 6-digit verification code will be sent to your registered email. Enter this code to confirm the deletion.

Conditions for Account Deletion

Before you can delete your account, the following conditions must be met:

  • No Active Subscriptions - You must cancel all active subscriptions before deleting your account. This ensures that no recurring charges will be attempted after deletion.
  • Email Verification - You must verify your identity by entering a code sent to your email address.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • Your profile information (name, email, address, etc.)
  • Authentication credentials
  • Subscription history and settings
  • Service configurations and preferences
  • Uploaded files and images associated with your account
  • Usage logs and activity history

Data Retention

Some data may be retained for legal and compliance purposes:

  • Invoice Records - Financial records may be retained for up to 5 years as required by tax regulations.
  • Legal Obligations - Data required for ongoing legal proceedings or regulatory compliance may be retained until such obligations are fulfilled.

Important Warnings

Warning: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, your account and all associated data cannot be recovered. Please ensure you have backed up any important information before proceeding.

Processing Time

Account deletion is processed immediately upon successful verification. However, it may take up to 30 days for all data to be completely removed from our backup systems.
