This article explains error code 1007 (regenerate_blocked), when it appears in the Tryon widget, and how to resolve it.
The widget displays this message to the customer: "Error 1007: You've already generated a photo for this product."
How to resolve this error
The customer already generated a photo for this product before, and Allow regeneration is turned off. The cached result is not returned because regeneration is explicitly blocked.
If you want customers to be able to retry or generate a new photo for the same product, enable Allow regeneration in Settings → Photo Limits.
Note on Image Credits
When Allow regeneration is on, each new generation consumes one Image Credit — even for products the customer has tried on before. When it is off, repeated attempts return no result and consume no credit.
